Humans:The Earths Cancer

After the G8 meetings that were held just over a week ago, there is still little that was resolved that had to do with the state of the planet. The lovely planet that we live on, the one that provides us with everything we need to stay alive, we haven't figured out a way to protect it, as it has protected us for so long.

While discussing these problems with a few of my friends, and talking about the "global warming" and "2012" pending disasters. I have come to the conclusion that no matter what happeneds to the planet, it was our fault. Take a look at the world now as it is, and look back into our past, i mean way back during the first settlers. Look at the difference in landscape, overall appeal of this once thriving world. I honestly think if i was from another planet looking in, i would pass and try finding another planet to live on.

The Human race has become a cancer to this planet we call our own now, the truth is: there are more people living on this planet now, than have ever died. Over population has become a new epidemic and a serious problem for many countries, and governments think to solve the problem is to destroy more rainforest's to build more homes. Anything that is on this planet had been claimed by someone, and they have either somehow destroyed it, or plan on doing so. By putting up new homes, luxury hotels, or theme parks, or resorts. Just like cancer we have spread throughout earth and have taken over, and its our nature. For some reason, when we see something newly discovered we feel we have to exploit it, and essentially destroy its beauty.

In the final moments, we will be the reason for the end. We have taken something that was so pure and so rich with life, and we threw it away.
